Calen Pangle
Calen Pangle, the owner of Real Property Management Distinguished Care, is an Air Force Veteran with over 15 years of frontline customer service experience.
Entering the military in 2002 at age 19, Calen began developing skills to undertake difficult tasks in high stress, time-sensitive situations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Calen’s professional career has since taken him down numerous paths as a Registered Dietitian working in hospitals, long term care facilities and dialysis clinics to roles in outside sales as an outside sales manager covering 100s of miles of territory in and around SC.
These professional experiences have resulted in a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for knowing his clients and their specific needs.
As your Property Manager, Calen will be a strong advocate for you. Whether you are interested in buying, selling, or renting, Calen will ensure the process is handled in a timely and seamless manner to promote your best interests. To provide clients with the best possible outcomes and superior service, Calen will utilize the latest technologies, develop strategic relationships with vendors and keep abreast of developing or changing laws governing real estate in SC. Communication between Calen and his clients will always be thorough and transparent enabling his clients to make informed decisions regarding their properties.
Calen has been an area resident since 2015 after having moved from his native state of NC.
When not assisting clients, Calen enjoys spending time with his wife, Merideth, and their cat, Kitty at their home on Johns Island SC. Calen has laid down roots in the Charleston area and plans to make a lifelong commitment to preserving and enhancing the greater Charleston area for generations to come.
